1. Booking & Payment

• All court reservations must be made through the official VistaPickleYard.com booking page or other authorized booking channels.

• Full payment is required to secure and confirm a reservation.

• Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Confirmed bookings cannot be canceled.

• All payments for canceled reservations are non-refundable.

• Requests to reschedule are subject to management approval and court availability.

3. Court Usage

• Players are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled booking.

• Late arrivals will not receive additional playing time beyond the reserved slot.

• Court use is strictly limited to the reserved booking period.

• Continued play beyond the scheduled time without prior approval may result in additional charges.

4. Player Conduct

• All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and treat fellow players, staff, and guests with respect.

• Profanity, harassment, excessive trash talking, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

• Any misconduct, unsafe behavior, or intentional damage to the facility may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Court Rules

• Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes must be worn at all times.

• Food and beverages, except bottled water, are not permitted on the playing courts.

• Only appropriate and authorized sports equipment may be used within the facility.

6. Liability

• Players use the facilities at their own risk.

• VistaPickleYard.com and its management shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

7. Weather & Unforeseen Events

• In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond management’s control, management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings.

• Affected reservations may be rescheduled or refunded at management’s discretion.

8. Facility Care

• Players are responsible for helping keep the facility clean and treating all equipment with care.

• Any damage caused through negligence or misuse may be charged to the responsible player or booking party.

9. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or cancel reservations for violations of these Terms & Conditions or facility policies.

• These Terms & Conditions may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice.
